And if there's none, hubs & I have no reservations about sipping straight from the container. (We might have to curb that before we have kids!!) I will say, however, that iced tea almost ALWAYS goes in a plastic cup. Like Dina said, with LOTS of ice. Ice changes the taste of iced tea in a good way! The deciding factor on if I use a coffee cup for something is if I don't want a lot of drink. I don't know why, but I feel like I'm "wasting" a cup (more cup to wash, I reckon) if I don't fill it. So coffee cups get used for milk & OJ often during breakfast. We humans are strange little creatures, aren't we?JLIhttp://paperphan.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7788986396272532118.post-24211149379211099262009-08-19T07:14:07.876-07:002009-08-19T07:14:07.876-07:00I'm a total iced tea girl. My fave is a plastic green 24 oz cup. It fits TONS of ice (which is very important to me) and it doesn't condense as much - I swear! - as other glasses. Plus, well, I love lime green - what a great color! I just don't like my tea so much in a glass cup (is that how you say it?!).

Don't drink milk or soda, so not sure on those. But give me my plastic cup for my iced tea any day!dinahttp://knownbyname.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7788986396272532118.post-29934503219893125352009-08-18T23:09:54.422-07:002009-08-18T23:09:54.422-07:00this just made my day because my self-crazy level ...this just made my day because my self-crazy level feels slightly validated. Now, while I can't say I have issues with plastic and glass, I do have this drinking-issue. I cannot, and will not, drink cold drinks in coffee mugs. I swear it makes it taste different and well, gross. Everyone has always rolled their eyes at me but I can't imagine what they would say if I pulled the plastic vs. glass. I'm glad to know I'm not the only picky drinker out there.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
